Club Sessions
Notes
The club has various sessions on offer. Friday and Sunday sessions are for general use. For those that want extra training there are sessions on Saturday, Tuesday and Monday.

When you feel that you would like to increase your training just speak to one of the coaches who will be able to advise you as to which session would be best for you.
We are also in partnership with Bangor swimming club in running the ‘Menai Performance Centre’. This is for swimmers who want to do more training than the club can offer. Sessions run on Tuesday & Thursday at Caernarfon pool and Wednesday & Friday at Bangor – all sessions start at 6.15am and finish at 7.45am. There are certain criteria to be met before a swimmer can start these sessions – please speak to Bron if you are interested.
