There are plenty of individual galas that you can attend if you wish. All information on these is posted on the notice board. These range from ones suitable for 8 year olds / beginners to National Level swimmers. Entry forms can be obtained from the notice board. There is always a closing date for these so it is important to get your entries in asap. to the Gala Manager – Carys Jones, or the assistant - Jan Griffin. If you are unsure whether a gala is suitable for you please ask Bron.

One important gala we would like to mention is the ‘Cymru Coast Individual Championships’. Again, these champs. are between the six clubs mentioned above. We do expect as many members as possible to enter this. Although it is an individual gala it is also low key and fun - a great one to enter for those competing individually for the first time. Held in November and usually at Bangor pool so it is close to home!

There is also the ‘Menai A&B Grade Meet’. This is the gala that is run by Caernarfon and Bangor clubs in order to raise funds for the Menai Performance Centre. Again, a low-key event held at Bangor pool – usually in March. A great gala for all swimmers; specially those new to competitions.
