What to bring to swim club sessions

Notes
- Swimming costume/trunks
- Swimming cap – girls
- Goggles
- Fins – if appropriate
- Drink – (water or very diluted juice is all that is needed!) especially for those doing a session lasting an hour or more. Hard swimming indeed makes swimmers sweat and they can dehydrate if they do not take on enough fluid!
