John Sharp Sponsorship forms

This year as some of you are aware, we are donating half the entry fees for the John Sharp Gala to Walton Neurology Centre in memory of Guto Williams from Penygroes (Anni and Sian Williams's brother)
The club along with Nesta and her family have decided to raise further funds by getting the children sponsored for the distance swims that they will be taking part in.
I enclose a sponsorship form for those wishing to take part, as the ones on the notice board disappear quickly .Please remember to tick the long distance races on the entry forms, as the Caernarfon and Denbigh are keen to raise the profile of the sponsored swim and we need to know who would like to be in the picture for the paper. Please let Katherine know.
