Here are the details of the Menai A and B Gala held Saturday march 1st at Bangor pool. For those of you that are new- you can see that there are A and B fastest times The fast swimmers are placed in the A competition and the others in the B competition. Swimmers may enter a mix, i.e. A in freestyle and B in back stroke, depending on their times. Don't worry too much about them as I will enter the children in the right group as I have their up to date times.
It is age on the day, i.e. March 1st 2008.minimum age is 8.
The children can enter all the strokes in their age group plus the IM. £3.50 per race and as always - cheques to Clwb Nofio Caernarfon - NO CASH PLEASE!
As we are a competitive club, it would be nice to see a large amount of entries. profit goes towards Swim Gwynedd, which many of the young swimmers are part of. This is a great gala to compete in as the fastest swimmers are placed in A group, hence giving other swimmers the chance of a medal in their B group.
